These are top quality 24" tall 20" wide free standing souvenir novelty items. And they are not cheap looking, but top quality with protruded "Welcome" to Fabulous Las Vegas, and on back the "Drive Carefully, Come back soon". We ended up with over 2000 of them after a fundraising effort was cut short. They have been in our garage for a few years and are in perfect condition.
