Vintage New York City Marathon 1982 pullover windbreaker jacket.
It measures around 22.5'' from pit to pit and around 27'' from top to bottom, so I would say a men's medium?
It appears that one of the side seems was hand-repaired, but it's barely noticeable and remains in good, used shape.
