    Description

    A very different coat made of cotton featuring hand stitched embroidery.  The blue and cream print side is embroidered in a banner of red, white and dark pink along the collar and lapel, sleeves and in one long double stripe down the back. A small embroidery has come loose on one tiny section on the back but can be repaired. Curved pockets on the front are highlighted in red piping.  On the reverse black side (yes it is black, not gray) is a large square motif embroidered in red, green, blue, yellow and white.  This side has 8x7 inch pockets and uses the same blue and cream print for an accent.  The coat measures about 32 inches in length from shoulder to hem and 54 inches all around; it is a wrap coat. Red piping on all hems.  This coat has been in my possession for over 20 years and is truly unique.
