Unsure about age or origin...could be Steiff? Unfortunately not a single brand or label was find so is a bit tricky to describe it. If you know anything else about it please kindly let me know.

Size:
11" tall approximately.
Condition:
The condition is pretty good as observed.
Expect discoloration, slightly loose arms, some stains and other age signs normal for such an old item.
