    VINTAGE ORIG MICHIGAN DEPT of HEALTH SYPHILIS GONORRHEA SIGN CLAP STD... I believe this sign is from 1930's to 1940's. Not new or repro. It is a rare but known production sign. Heavier gauge then those cheapie fako folded edge signs. Cut edges, slightly crude silkscreened sign. Really neat piece. I had it on my bathroom door for many years. I was told it came out of a Michigan bar that got it from a local health dept building that was torn down. Neat piece. I can only find one similar that sold years ago on the net. Some dirt, over paint and tape marks, but in nice shape for a steel sign. Feel free to ask any questions. Good luck finding another. Would look great on a bathroom door!.
