Rare Vintage Early BYBEE Ky Pottery Batter Bowl Signed Brown MUST SEE. Condition is "Used". This pottery batter bowl is in excellent vintage condition. There is a flake and a rough spot in the glaze on the rim of the spout. See photo. Otherwise no other chips or cracks. The handle is in excellent condition.
Not sure of the age but these batter bowls are very hard to find and this batter bowl is one is the only one on eBay. Beautiful shiny brown glaze. It measures about 7.5” diameter across (9.5” with spout and handle). The capacity is about 28 ounces or 3.5 cups. The bowl is Signed “Bybee Ky” spelled out on the bottom. There appears to be the number “128” as well. This is a tell tale sign of the older early Bybee. An excellent addition for your Bybee collection! Don’t miss out on this one!
