    PFALTZGRAFF “LA ROCHELLE” LARGE 10 1/4” SOUP-SERVING BOWL/STAMPED
    , Traditional pattern, heavy stoneware, hand painted, dishwasher and microwave safe, high gloss, Made in China, stamped on back. Measures 10 1/4” round, colors of White, Blues, Green and Orange accents. No original box, no damage or chips, used but in good condition, returns accepted, quick Priority Mail shipping in USA plus insurance included! We participate in the Global Shipping program. Most items that I sell are vintage and used but in good to average condition. I purchase mainly from other dealers, auctions and estate sales, some items might have defects that will be noted if known. If you want a new item please purchase directly from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee any items are from a smoke free-pet free environment, since we are a re-seller we do not know who the original owner was or the history of any item. We reuse ALL boxes, packaging, bubble wrap and newspapers. If you have a question or problems, please email me first to try to resolve any issues. Please do not open an unnecessary case until you have contacted me by eBay email. All cases need to be worked out between the parties if possible, if not a case can be opened and the case can be escalated to eBay Customer Support and they will decide the case. Please remember that Postal Rates are set by the post office and not the seller; we only ship Priority Mail with insurance, which is the best way to ship breakable items. Priority Mail shipping is fast and goes by airplane, Parcel Select is slower and goes by postal truck. We do not ship Parcel Select or Economy. Inaccurate feedback or a low detailed seller/defect rating can damage my seller ratings that are very important to me.     RETURN POLICY
    -30 day money back guarantee for any reason, buyer pays return shipping and insurance and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be received back in the same condition with insurance prior to any credits being issued. Once items are received back in the same condition and verified by seller, the seller will issue the buyer a refund of the purchase price of the items only within 3-days of receipt thru Pay Pal. We do not issue partial credits, items must be returned for credit in the same condition with insurance or an insurance claim must be filed for any shipping damages with .jpg photos.
    DAMAGES/RETURN POLICY
    -All shipments are covered under the Post Office insurance up to 0.00. If a shipment arrives with any damage, the buyer should immediately notify the seller thru eBay email and attach several .jpg photos of the damaged items, photos must be .jpg photos. Once received the seller will file the insurance claim for any damage. The buyer will be contacted by the Post Office by letter, the buyer is to respond quickly to the claim letter and take THE ORIGINAL BOX, ALL ITEMS, AND ALL PACKAGING to their local post office with the letter to be verified. (No Exceptions) The Post Office may keep the box, packaging and any damaged items to verify the damage, they will fill out a damage claim report, please ask for a copy of the damage claim verification report and email a copy to the seller. Once verified, the Post Office will pay the claim to the seller, who will credit the buyer for any damage or replace the items if available. The seller does not issue any credits without all items being returned and received or receipt of a paid insurance claim. If for any reason the Post Office policy is not or cannot be followed the claim will be denied and no credit will be issued to buyer from seller. The Post Office does have policies and timelines in place that must be met. Not all damages are verified by the Post Office at their discretion. Buyer may also be covered under eBay Buyer Protection Policy.
    GEORGIA SALES TAX-
    7% Sales Tax will be charged on all Georgia Sales. Please wait for invoice for total purchase price, shipping costs and any sales taxes before payment. If buyers make a combined purchase, seller will adjust the shipping charges and send an updated invoice for payment.
    COMBINED SHIPPING
    -In order to qualify for combined shipping you MUST wait for an adjusted invoice prior to payment. The seller will combine the purchases when possible, and send a revised invoice for payment and shipping charges will be adjusted. Multiple auction/bid items will not be combined.
