Designed to assist breeders in identifying individuals within a litter, Lupine's whelping collars come in 12-packs are made with a center push buckle and no D-ring.  The 12-packs are available in two sizes: 5-7" (12.7-17.8 cm)  or 7-12" (17.8-30.5 cm).  The 5-7" size is small and will work best for newborns and toy breeds.  Medium & Large breed newborns will outgrow the 5-7" size quickly so we recommend that you buy both the 5-7" and 7-12" to ensure that you'll have the next size up when you need it.
We have the collars available in both sizes and in 3 color/material options:
Solid 1/2" Nylon Webbing - 12 collars per bag, 2 of each solid color (Blue, Red, Purple, Black, Hot Pink and Green)
Assorted Patterned 1/2" Nylon Webbing - 12 collars per bag but patterns will be assorted so if you buy a 5-7" bag and a 7-12" bag, the patterns in the 5-7" bag may differ from the ones you receive in the 7-12" bag.
Pastel 1/2" Ribbon - 12 collars per bag, 2 of each ribbon color.  The ribbon material is the softest option of the three.
Made in the USA and comes with Lupine's Lifetime Guarantee (even if chewed!).
Care: Hand wash in cold water, line dry.
Note: These collars are NOT intended for walking or leash training.

We accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments through PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. For purchases that are not paid for within 7 days, we will request that eBay cancel the transaction. If you require more than 7 days to complete payment, please contact us.
Shipping
US Customers:
We ship within 3 days of receiving payment. For items that are listed with Free Shipping, the Free Standard shipping is via USPS Parcel Select Service, USPS 1st Class Parcel Mail or Fedex Smart Post at our discretion based on the weight of the package and shipping distance. Buyer may upgrade to a faster shipping method (Priority Mail or Express Mail) for an additional charge.
International Customers:
We ship within 3 days of receiving payment. The default and most economical International shipping option is USPS International 1st Class mail. Buyer may upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional cost. In most cases, we will provide Insurance on International shipments from ShipSaver Insurance as part of your shipping & handling cost to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Even though we ship within 3 business days, International Shipping via USPS International 1st Class mail may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you require a faster shipping option, please select USPS International Priority Mail.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Terms of Sale
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, we accept returns within 30 days of original receipt by the customer. Return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns must be in new, resaleable condition with all original tags and packaging material in tact.
For any returns or exchanges, please use eBay's merchandise return process.
Once we receive your return we will issue a credit for your original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee (note: if the return is due to manufacturer defect, no restocking fee is charged). We try to offer products at a low price and include free outbound shipping where possible. We charge a restocking fee to help offset our outbound free shipping costs for the returned items.
Please note: Returns are not accepted after 45 days of original receipt by the customer as documented by the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number.

Whiskers & Waggles proudly focuses on primarily offering Made in the USA pet products, many of which are also eco-friendly. We started the business because we personally had a hard time finding durable pet toys made of natural or recycled materials which were also Made in the USA. We were tired of buying toys that didn't last and we knew other pet parents that felt the same way so we decided to start WhiskersandWaggles.com.
We do sell items that are not made in the USA. We tried to find similar products that were made here but have not been able to find comparable domestically produced alternatives to these products. We continue talking to the manufacturers of these products and hope that at some point, they will begin to onshore the production of these items.
