    The Hmong tribe live in
    the
    mountains bordering
    Vietnam and China and have done
    for centuries.
    This Unisex accessory  is made from hand spun and handwoven cotton/hemp.There are colorful hand-embroidered panels from vintage clothing
    at least 50 years old possible more, sewn on as decoration.
    There is a zippered top pouch, which is fastened by small brass buttons to the main storage area which is closed with a draw string.
    This was purchased in the mid-1990's from the tribespeople. "Upcycling" their traditional vintage clothing gave the women a way to earn some extra money for their families.
