This was in my husbands collection of books that he has and he no longer wishes to hang on to it.  Published in 1970 by Student Research Facility, Berkeley, California.  Prepared by Cy Schoenfield, Janet Brown, Joe Woodard, Jeff Brown, Martin Brown, Charles Turner, Jill Hill with a conclusion by Dr. Thomas Bodenheimer M.D.  In the  Activism History Collection Rare Book and Maniscript Library, University of Pennsylvania.  59 page paperback that is in good condition, intact, does have some discoloration and looks like stains on the front edge of book but all in all looks to good.  Original, RARE and hard to find Activist publication from 1970.
