Antique Miniature Steiff 3 1/2" Mohair Jointed Teddy Bear Button Loved 1952,53

I am pleased to offer this old and original, Steiff miniature Teddy Bear. From the button in the ear, I would date him to 1952 to 1953, but you experts will know for certain. Approximately 3 1/2" tall. This Teddy is well loved, worn and soiled. He is missing mohair and there are several small holes as shown. There are merely fragments of the nose stitching. Nearly all is gone. The mouth stitching is all gone.
A very presentable old bear, with nice display potential.
