2 Vintage 1950's Glass Eyes Mohair Wood Straw Stuff Hump Back Teddy Bears Steiff

This auction is for a pair of early hump back, golden mohair, wood straw stuffed, fully jointed, glass eyes teddy bears.  I have been told since listing that they are US Zone Germany Steiff teddy bears.  Late 40's early 50's. They do not have an ear button or any signs of one being there so I am not sure of this.  I am not a teddy bear expert.  Look at all photo's are decide for yourself.  I do know they are early German bears in good condition. They were found together about 40 years ago in a 1910 house on the Ocean Front in Virginia Beach.  The house has long been torn down.  They are well worn, moth damage to some of the paws with one paw on the smaller bear repaired.  The larger bear is 18" long and the small one is 8" long.  The arm joints on the large bear are loose but not to bad.  The red velvet ribbons were added by me after purchase.  They both have tags but I can't tell what the small one reads, but I can see the larger one says Germany. They display beautifully together and I think they should be sold together as found.
